You could submit us a ticket. You will get reply within one to three working day normally.

Tracking Your Order
You can track your order online at my account page, or via the courier specified in your order confirmation email.

Our Business Days and Hours
Business Hours:
Beautiesmirror Support team work from Monday to Friday for 8 business hours. Otherwise, you may submit a ticket. Our support team will reply you as soon as possible, normally within one to three working days.

Public Holidays:
On public holidays of Hong Kong, Beautiesmirror office, customer service centre and warehouse will be closed. You can still place your order at beautiesmirror.com and we will process your order immediately on the next business day.

For one day ahead of the public holidays, Beautiesmirror will have notification on page to make sure you are aware of this matter.
