Everything we sell at Beautiesmirror is genuine, brand new, original and unlocked. In order to get the lowest priced products from all over the world, we have set up our business in the geographical advantageous country of Hong Kong. All of the products is warehoused and shipped from Hong Kong.

Delivery Location and Time
Beautiesmirror only ships to Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, New Zealand, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and the United Kingdom (excluding any surrounding Islands of the above countries).

Please note that we also do not offer shipping to any PO Box, BFPO Box, Guest House and Hotel address

All orders will ship within 24 to 72 working hours. (Saturday and Sunday excluded).

After your item is shipped, please allow us another 3 – 10 working days for delivery to metro areas.

* The above delivery time is estimated by our courier partners. Therefore, we are not liable or responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays may happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors during the delivery process. Beautiesmirror will try our best to limit any difficulties that arise.

Shipping Fee
Beautiesmirror offers free shipping for most orders currently.

Free Shipping for all orders above 50GBP
For order below 50GBP, we will charge a flat rate shipping of 15GBP

* An additional shipping cost of £22.99 will be applied if the order is shipped to remote areas according to our courier partners’ requirements. The shipping cost will be added as a shipping surcharge to your checkout amount.

Standard Delivery with Insurance
Beautiesmirror protects your items from lost during transit.

Insurance fee : 25£ per order

*Please note that you can choose immediately replacement or refund of full amount of the order (except the insurance fee) when the order is confirmed lost during transit.

Note:
1) When choosing "Standard Shipping Method", service during transition of good is solely the liability of courier companies. Courier companies only cover physical loss or damage of goods during transit subject to the maximum liability specified in the terms of conditions of their service

2) Please note that we do not accept any changes in shipping address for PayPal orders. For orders paid with Adyen payment gateway, you may request to change your delivery address anytime (before or after dispatch of goods). However, if your order is dispatched, there would be a reroute shipping fee, GBP 35, which is charged by courier and this additional fee will be borne to you and need to be paid by you to Beautiesmirror in order to request a successful address change.
